"All Around the World" Raffle Rules and Regulations

RAFFLE RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. This raffle is conducted by the Queer Big Apple Corps, Inc. (QBAC), located at 5 Union Square W, Frnt 1, #1463, New York, NY 10003. QBAC is a non-profit organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). All proceeds, less expenses, will benefit QBAC’s operational needs.
  2. The raffle will be conducted from December 9, 2024, to December 15, 2024 with tickets available for purchase through 12:00 noon EST on December 15, 2024. QBAC reserves the right to sell a limited number of tickets.
  3. Tickets may be purchased at the following rate:
      • 1 entry for $10
      • 3 entries for $25
      • 15 entries for $100
  1. Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible.
  2. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of valid entries.
  3. Tickets may only be purchased at https://qbac.square.site or by a representative of QBAC at “All Around the World: The Music of Home Wherever That May Be” at Peter Norton Symphony Space on December 14, 2024.
  4. Purchasers of tickets must supply their name and email address when ordering for entry to be valid.
  5. Minors may not purchase or have their names identified as entrants for prizes.
  6. All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued.
  7. Three (3) unique winners will be picked by random drawing by QBAC executive director and member of the board of directors no later than 3 p.m. EST on December 15, 2024.
  8. Prizes to be given away in the raffle include:
      • Prize 1: Two (2) JetBlue Travel Certificates, good for round-trip travel from any city to any city that JetBlue services.
      • Prize 2: Two (2) JetBlue Travel Certificates, good for round-trip travel from any city to any city that JetBlue services
      • Prize 3: Two (2) JetBlue Travel Certificates, good for round-trip travel from any city to any city that JetBlue services
  9. Winners will be contacted immediately by email after the drawing and will be asked to respond by email acknowledging receipt.
  10. Winners may be asked to provide proof of birth date and/or picture identification before delivery of the prize.
  11. If a winner cannot or does not respond by email within 72 hours of contact, a disqualification will result, and an alternate winner will be drawn.
  12. Winners acknowledge that the QBAC, its staff and board of directors, its agents and representatives have not made and neither are they in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee expressed or implied in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
  13. The employees, board members, and members of QBAC, at their discretion, may participate in the raffle.
  14. The decision of the QBAC executive director and board of directors shall be final on all matters concerning the raffle.
